Hi, I, Kathakoli Bose, 30yrs, have been suffering from anger management issues , anxiety and mild depression since 2016 and have been under daily medication for over a 5 years until revert recent.

I connected with Ruhie ma’am through practo sometime in 2022 at my lowest, and since then started my road to recovery.

Ruhie ma’am has guided me in my difficult times by always being available and granting solutions that my head couldn’t resist or negate. Further, her being a psychiatrist, my medications were supported by therapy sessions, which accelerated the healing process.

Being able to manage my emotions and thoughts has not only helped my inter personal relationships but also my professionally interactions.

under her supervision, currently, I am in the process of reducing my medications to the point of stopping them altogether. My symptoms may arise sometimes but ma’am has showed me the way to deal with them and keep them on check, without depending on medications.

I am very thankful and grateful to her for helping me heal. Needless to say, I highly recommend her to all my peers and acquaintances.

After a lot of years of Therapy I believe I've found the "right" doctor for me. Dr. Ruhi asks the right questions and is like your best friend throughout the process. I can speak my heart out to her and feel relaxed immediately after her sessions. She helps me find good permanent and practical practices which have worked like they never did before.
